Can Faith Be Trust (Blog)

Faith in God Means To Trust God!

How can you have faith in someone that you don't Trust?

So it's like a good child, Trusting a Good Parent! Do you Trust God? Our Father Which Art in Heaven? The Lord Jesus Christ said :


Matthew 18:2-5

[2]And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,

[3]And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

[4]Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

[5]And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

So Have Faith, and Trust God, With Your Whole Heart, God's Little Children, FOR IT IS WRITTEN!


Proverbs 3:5-7

[5]Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

[6]In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

[7]Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Ruth 2:12

[12]The Lord recompense thy worke, and a full reward be giuen thee of the Lord God of Israel, vnder whose wings thou art come to Trust.


2 Samuel 22:2-4

[2]And he said, The Lord is my rocke and my fortresse, and my deliuerer:

[3]The God of my rocke, in him will I trust: hee is my shield, and the horne of my saluation, my high tower, and my refuge, my Sauiour; thou sauest me from violence.

[4]I will call on the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saued from mine enemies.


2 Samuel 22:31-33

[31]As for God, his way is perfect, the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all them that Trust in him.

[32]For who is God, saue the Lord ? and who is a rocke, saue our God?

[33]God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect.


2 Kings 18:5

[5]He trusted in the Lord God of Israel, so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Iudah, nor any that were before him.


1 Chronicles 5:20

[20]And they were helped against them, and the Hagarites were deliuered into their hand, and all that were with them: for they cried to God in the battell, and he was intreated of them, because they put their trust in him.


Job 13:15-16

[15]Though hee slay mee, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintaine mine owne wayes before him.

[16]Hee also shall be my saluation: for an hypocrite shall not come before him.


Psalms 2:11-12

[11]Serue the Lord with feare, and reioyce with trembling.

[12]Kisse the Sonne lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little: Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.


Psalms 4:4-5

[4]Stand in awe, and sinne not: commune with your owne heart vpon your bed, and be still. Selah.

[5]Offer the sacrifices of righteousnesse, and put your trust in the Lord.


Psalms 5:11-12

[11]But let all those that put their trust in thee, reioyce: let them euer shout for ioy; because thou defendest them: let them also that loue thy name, be ioyfull in thee.

[12]For thou, Lord, wilt blesse the righteous: with fauour wilt thou compasse him as with a shield.


Psalms 7:1

[1][Shiggaion of Dauid; which he sang vnto the Lord concerning the words of Cush the Beniamite.] O Lord, my God, in thee doe I put my trust: saue me from all them that persecute me, and deliuer me.


Psalms 9:10-11

[10]And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou Lord hast not forsaken them that seeke thee.

[11]Sing praises to the Lord, which dwelleth in Sion: declare among the people his doings.


Psalms 11:1

Psalms 17:7-9

[8]Keepe me as the apple of the eye: hide mee vnder the shadowe of thy wings,

[9]From the wicked that oppresse me, from my deadly enemies, who compasse me about.


Psalms 18:2-3

Psalms 20:5-7

[5]We will reioyce in thy saluation, and in the Name of our God we will set vp our banners: the Lord fulfill all thy petitions.

[7]Some trust in charets, and some in horses: but wee will remember the Name of the Lord our God.


Psalms 21:7

[7]For the King trusteth in the Lord, and through the mercy of the most High, he shall not be moued.


Psalms 22:3-5

[3]But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

[4]Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.

[5]They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.


Psalms 25:2-5

[2]O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.

[3]Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.

[4]Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.

[5]Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.


Psalms 25:20-21

[20]O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.

[21]Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.


Psalms 26:1-5

[1](A Psalm of David.) Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide.

[2]Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.

[3]For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.

[4]I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.

[5]I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.

Psalms 28:7-8

[7]The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.

[8]The LORD is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.


Psalms 31:1-3

[2]Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me.

Psalms 31:6,23

[6]I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the LORD.

[23]O love the LORD, all ye his saints: for the LORD preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer.


Psalms 32:10

[10]Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.


Psalms 33:18-22

[18]Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;

[19]To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

[20]Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.

[21]For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.

[22]Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.


Psalms 34:6-14

[6]This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.

[7]The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.

[8]O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

[9]O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.

[10]The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.

[11]Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

[12]What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?

[13]Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

[14]Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.


Psalms 36:7

[7]How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.


Psalms 37:3-9

[3]Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

[4]Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

[5]Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

[6]And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

[7]Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

[8]Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

[9]For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.


Psalms 56:10-11

[10]In God will I praise his word: in the LORD will I praise his word.

[11]In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.


Psalms 57:1-3

[1](To the chief Musician, Altaschith, Michtam of David, when he fled from Saul in the cave.) Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.

[2]I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me.

[3]He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.


Psalms 61:3-5

[3]For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.

[4]I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.

[5]For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.


Psalms 62:5-8

[5]My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.

[6]He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.

[7]In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

[8]Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.


Psalms 64:10

[10]The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.


Psalms 71:1-6

[1]In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.

[2]Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.

[3]Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.

[4]Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.

[5]For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth.

[6]By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.


Psalms 73:28

[28]But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.


Psalms 84:9-12

[9]Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.

[10]For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

[11]For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

[12]O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.


Psalms 86:2

[2]Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.

[1]He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

[2]I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.


Psalms 115:11

[11]Ye that fear the LORD, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.


Psalms 118:8-11

[8]It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

[9]It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

[10]All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them.

[11]They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.


Psalms 119:42-45

[42]So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.

[43]And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.

[44]So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.

[45]And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.


Psalms 125:1-2

[1](A Song of degrees.) They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.

[2]As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.
